商家们也敏锐地捕捉到了这一趋势,开始大力推销抗糖丸、代餐粉等产品,进一步加剧了“碳水等于肥胖、丑陋、不自律”的焦虑氛围。

This trend has also spurred the marketing of anti-sugar products and meal replacements, perpetuating the notion that "carbs are synonymous with ugliness and a lack of self-control".
然而,根据《中国居民膳食指南(2022)》的建议,每天碳水化合物提供的能量应占总能量的50%~65%,这是维持身体健康所必需的。
